Mirvac’s winning bid for the Brisbane HQ of Suncorp wove together indoor and outdoor spaces at street and tower level, creating a building that was open, inviting, healthy and distinctly Queensland.

Unsigned Studio created a video to describe the unique offer of the proposal - the seamless customer journey, the logic of the site approach, and the architectural vision for the tower within the Brisbane skyline. The video included detailed animated CGI environments and a diagrammatic sequence to describe the unique interconnected spaces of the proposal.
